Curing Culinary Chaos

With this project & my interest in trying things I never have before, I am starting to acquire quite a few kitchen gadgets. appliances, & cookbooks. We have very little cupboard space & 90% of that is just our dishes/pot/pans/etc. Needless to say, I needed to get organized, so I could find things & not have things constantly falling. Too much stuff & not enough space, so things get stacked. 

I got a few things from amazon to help me out a bit with this:

1. Over the door bins. I wanted this one for veggies to hang over my basement door (accessed from dining/kitchen area) & is smaller than the next one.

 

2. Wall Bins. I wanted a larger one as well. I am trying to buy more fresh & less frozen/canned when I can.

  

3. Spice Rack - All these new recipes mean lots of new spices & rather than continue to cram them all in my one narrow cupboard, thought it'd be nice to have my most used ones, next to my stove. 

  

4. S Hooks - I thought these would be great to hang from any of the above & provide more space possibly.

5. 3 Ring Binder I like these for focused sets of printed out recipes. For example, I have one for all my dog's fav. treats & I was planning on putting together my future canning recipes together in one as well.

  

I also had my fiance put one of our bookshelves in our dining area, but I'm still trying to figure that out, so no photo for now. 

I also have a couple other things I'm utilizing. I have no idea where I got this chicken thing, but it works rather well for holding all my cutting boards & with the assistance of the S hooks above that I bought, I used it to hang my rolling pin. 

I also already had this organizer, but wasn't being used, so I dug it up & have it set up so you don't have to take it out of the organizer. You can just pull a bit out & still use the built in cutter. 

So lots of sorting, cleaning & assembly has been happening here, hence why I've not posted for a several days. As far as a posting schedule, there isn't one. It's purely when the mood strikes me to put thoughts down on what's going on with me creatively at the moment. I do plan to go over all our new kitchen stuffs and things very soon.
